Friday at 2:00PM Central Time. UPS does not deliver Saturday or Sunday. UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box – You
must give us a street Address. You may choose UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. All Orders placed
on Friday before 2:00PM Central Time for Next Day Air shipment are scheduled for delivery on Monday. The tracking
number for your shipment will be sent from UPS Quantum view. Canes are cleaned and polished before shipping.
We gladly accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. We also offer payment by PayPal and Google
Speed Checkout.
You may also fax or call in orders or mail your order with a money order to the address above. No CODs!
Our mailing list is completely confidential. We do not give, sell, rent, etc., our mailing lists to anyone!
Our canes are not intended to be used for full support. Canes are intended to be used for balance. The above does not
replace your Doctors recommendation. Please call us if you have any questions. Approximate shaft sizes are given on

Return Policy
Ye Olde Cane Shoppe will accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase, with all the original packaging and in
original condition for exchange or credit of purchase price. No returns on cut or altered canes. Credit will be issued to
the card used to make the purchase - no cash refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays return
shipping charges.
All returns must be sent back by UPS only. You must call or email us to get a return authorization number to return an
item. Please put the Return Authorization Number on the return shipping label.
